The Breakthrough Time Conference: a service for men

In the framework of the Breakthrough Time Conference of the Victory Church a service for men was held in the afternoon of April 15. There were a lot of guests, and the service was rich in content. Men shared everything with each other: songs, evidences, sermons, and prayers.

After the worship Nikolay Korsun, the leader of the men’s ministry in the Victory Church, shared his experience of working with brothers in the church. He emphasized the importance of the friendly communication between believing men at homes by which they can trust and help each other.

Alexander Marchenko, the head of the organization International Center of Paternity, was the next speaker. The guest preached about the purpose that God had given to a man at the same time when He had created him such as he is. "It is the Lord who determines the sex of a person, and He does it with a specific plan. God's purpose is to make a covenant with every man that will be valid for future generations as well. It was the case that happened with Abraham. It is a man who is authorized to appoint a vector for future generations in his family," Alexander Marchenko emphasized.

Next, the senior pastor of the Victory Churches Henry Madava was preaching. He focused on the Biblical hero Joseph. On the example of the life of this patriarch pastor listed the factors that are trying to break any man. This list contains hatred and envy of others, who are trying to intimidate; conspiracy on the part of people who are near and far that throws a scare; betrayal, which disheartens; illicit sexual relations with women.

To overcome all these factors, which can lead to defeat and stop, you need to make several important steps. Pastor Henry listed them in this sequence: for a man it is extremely important to understand his purpose, to have and develop the inner strength, to seek God's presence, to use own talents, to work hard, to forgive and forget insults.

At the end of service all men joined hands to pray for their spiritual growth and victory over all the obstacles that hinder God's breakthrough.
