On April 16 the speaker of the morning service at the conference "Time for breakthrough" was, like the night before, Dr. Morris Cerullo. This time he held the summit of financial prophecies. Before the beginning of the service the audience was shown a short movie about this world-known evangelist and prophet, who has been carrying the Word of God to the nations of the world for over 60 years. It all began when he was a 15-year boy. He was born in a Jewish family, then early became an orphan and was raised in the Orthodox Jewish orphanage, where he experienced the glory of God. And from that moment his life has changed. Now, when such a long way had passed, remembering everything passed, Morris Cerullo says: "If God offered me to live in any other time and be either David or Elijah, I would say: let’s not touch the time, I want to live today. As you know, we will soon experience such manifestations of God's power that the world has never seen before."
Now it is the time when the main purpose of his visit to Kyiv is to transfer anointing, according to the words of Paul from the 2nd Timothy: "And for this reason I remind you to kindle afresh the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands."

This morning Dr. Cerullo proclaimed the release of two gifts: the gift of distinguishing between seasons, when every believer will know what God wants to do at this exact time, and the gift of the release of finances. God is ready to give the greatest financial miracle, and all that the devil has stolen will come back with the sevenfold increase. "We now live in the year 2011, and the number '11' means 'superior measure'," Dr. Cerullo said. "And this year God will release for each of you a lot, according to the third chapter of Ephesians: 'Now to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us.' " Moreover, God will open the windows of heaven for Ukraine and will outpour the financial rain. When you live in difficult conditions, the main thing is not to be dependent on them and not to obey them, the speaker emphasized.
At the end of the service, everyone who believed in God's financial provision took a special envelope for donations (or filled out a form with his promise of donation) and gave it as a seed. Dr. Morris Cerullo prayed for all those people and proclaimed the financial breakthrough for this year. The collected donations will be used for the evangelistic events in Ukraine and in Israel.
