Henry Madava preached on the morning service on the third day of the Victory-2011 conference
On Saturday, December 10th, the conference Victory-2011 went on. The morning service of the third day began as usual with praise and worship of God. The dancing ministry from Odessa showed a performance "Perfect God." Then the younger team of the drama club "Impulse" performed.
The senior pastor of the Victory Church Henry Madava preached. The theme of his sermon was "Steadfast heart." The preacher said that there are things in which we should be firm because we are strong where we are steady. The lack of wavering when you feel temptation and trial is the sign of steadfastness. God does not like when we are wavering.
The speaker told everybody about three areas where it is important for us to have a steadfast heart. First, we should become stronger in God and in His knowledge. We should renew our lively and long-term mutual relations with God for this purpose. Knowledge of God is the main thing in answering to any questions. The faith comes from hearing, and knowledge comes from long-term personal contact with the Lord. Second, we should follow our calling firmly. Agree with God and be sure of your calling. Enter into the measure of all the fullness of God! It happens very often that someone else trusts in us and our calling more than we believe in it. Third, we should trust that He is the faithful God. He is interested in us and the fulfillment of our personal calling more than others because He is the loving Father.
Pastor Henry Madava finished his sermon with a common prayer and a prayer for every pastor. Every person who felt God’s power could come up to any pastor and through embraces receive the glory which the pastors had got through the prayer. It was a special time. People got God's touch for their lives during the sermon and the prayer. There were many testimonies of the greatest manifestation of the power of God from people who watched conference online.
